I think I will make dinner tonight. Those who know me know this is a rare occasion and a possible sign of the apocalypse. I am not a fan of cooking, so I have adopted the method of strongly hinting to my hubby that it is time to feed me. After all these years of marriage he knows there is no sense fighting it. I did however find a recipe for a Paleo Stew, and I must say I did an excellent job making it. I had a bit of help, but I was in the kitchen at the time of cooking, and I was the one who mixed the ingredients. It was DELICIOUS! I can’t really say what the difference was between Paleo and regular stew, but it’s a keeper. So tonight I will try to cook again. This could be a thing for me. We shall see…it’s still early and the coffee just hit my brain.
