You know that list of things you were going to do this summer? You know exactly what list I am talking about. The list of projects around the house you were going to get done, or all the fun stuff you were going to do with your kids? Yaaaa. What on earth makes me think that summer is any different than all the other months? I still have no time to get anything done and I never turn into super awesome get things done mom. Even when the temperature rises I am still hot mess mom with a huge pile of laundry following me around. I think the first thing I need to do is accept that I am the same person during the winter that I am in summer. My list will never get done. Time to put a sheet over the pile of laundry and call it a new kind of bean bag chair.. OH…and burn the lists.
