A friend of mine told me there is an app that you can download, and listen to while you jog. To encourage you to jog faster it is the sound of zombies chasing after you. It also follows your path with a GPS, so you can earn points and can pick up little prizes or some such. I am not a big zombie fan, but I might actually try to find this app. I certainly hate jogging, but I know I need to keep exercising for my health and this certainly would keep me motivated to move. I would look pretty ridiculous running down the street screaming though. Might make the neighbors a bit uneasy.
