My poor chickie Summer is a hot mess. She looks like she just went to battle with an over-caffeinated troll and lost bad. The troll obviously started with her tail feathers and plucked every last one of them. Then he went on a rampage and plucked about two thirds of the rest of her feathers. She is molting of course and she looks so awful. All I can do for her is give her treats and call her pretty names. The only up side to her molting is she sings a little less during this time and gives poor Heather a chance to show off her singing skills. I just going to say it though… Heather is a terrible singer. I can’t wait until Summer is back in action.
