You want to know what I truly hate about exercise? It’s not the getting to the gym or putting on the shoes. That’s not the hard part. The worst thing about it is the guilt for not doing it. You should hear the arguments have in my head when the guilt creeps up on me. I start yelling at myself saying ridiculous things like, “FINE THEN! I will starve myself and waste away!” As I sob into a plate of the most delicious nachos on the planet. I really love nachos. Nachos are just about the most perfect food. You have so many different combinations that you can taste on just one plate. More cheese and less guacamole on one bite, or more beans and salsa on the next. You can also just close your eyes and dig in. There is no wrong bite. Thinking of nachos just made me feel better.
