That certainly went by quick. I didn’t even have time to do my battle cry at the start of Thanksgiving dinner. Oh but it was delicious! I wonder if the turkeys downtown know they can come out of hiding now. I really hope they are hiding and not in a Tupperware container. As messy as they are, its neat to see them taking over city hall and the police station. The very fact that they use the crosswalk makes me giggle every time. The massive flock of chickens at the Walgreen’s never use the crosswalk and it causes a lot of traffic issue. They are nowhere near as polite as the turkeys. I have seen the chickens stand between people and their cars clucking at them madly. If you know chickens, you can just shoo them away, but some find it intimidating. Eventually they learn the arm waving technique from a seasoned patron and all is good.
