THE PURGE!!! But not the scary one. Well, it’s kinda scary for my baby bassets. Every year around late August, early September I get the urge to purge the house. I like to get things cleared out before the holidays start. Amazingly I always have a bunch of stuff to get rid of. How does that even happen? I can happily say that it has been going quite smoothly this year. I have given away a lot of stuff to friends, donated bags of clothes, and there is a constant flow of free items leaving my front yard. Unfortunately I am still going garage saleing every Saturday. Cause and Effect!! I keep trading out my old stuff for new old stuff! I will say, my new old stuff is so much better than my old old stuff. My latest awesome find… a 1950’s glass Empoli lamp with matching glass finial for $14!!!! With such luck like that, how can I stop??
