With Halloween nicely packed away, the only thing on my mind is putting up the Christmas tree. Now before you jump all over me and tell me it’s too soon, I have a really good reason. I bought a new fake tree and it has FIVE functions. This is the first time I have ever had a tree with more than just on and off. I want to get that baby set up, turn out the lights, and make that tree dance! It’s not one of those trees that do the light shows. I couldn’t justify spending that kind of money, but it does have both white and multi color lights that fade in and out. So…. not much dancing, but still pretty cool. I don’t have it mentally in my mind right now to haul the ornaments down from the attic, but the new tree is sitting in the garage just waiting to be set up. My partner in crime suggested I add some googly eyes, a few feathers, and make it look like a turkey. I just might.
