We are fully into December now, so it is okay to start celebrating! LIGHTS! DECORATIONS! INFLATABLES IN THE FRONT YARD!! After cleaning up the mess from Thanksgiving, I took the rest of Friday off to relax. It was nice to give myself permission to do nothing. I did put a few minor decorations up just to get the ball rolling and to move off the couch for a few minutes. Saturday was the big day. Somehow, I managed to get all the decorations unpacked and up around the house. I was exhausted. Luckily my baby bassets agreed to decorate the tree so I could sit back, sip tea, and listen to Christmas music while they hung the ornaments. A perfect Saturday night!
