I just smeared a bunch of coconut oil on my face. That huge Costco jar of an impulsive buy of coconut oil, that was making me feel guilty that I only used once so far. I bought the oil, downloaded the free book, and left it in my pantry for 2 months (maybe 4 months). So did I read the book finally? Um…no. I think a friend said they use it on their face..I’m pretty sure, so that’s the first thing I did. I also tried swishing it around in my mouth for 15 minutes..oh wait..15 seconds. That’s nasty. Won’t do that again. There is a little thing called mouth wash that is a gazillion times better. My hands do look nicer, but I am so in the mood for a coconut macaroon.
