I was joking when I sent hubby the picture of the baby opossum my pups found in the backyard, and told him I was keeping the cute kitty. Hubby’s response was not at all what I was expecting. Not only was he not shocked I caught a baby opossum, but he also seemed open to the idea of keeping it. AND… as I was watching YouTube videos on what to do when you find a baby opossum, all the suggested videos were about the great things about owning a pet opossum. NO! I don’t want to keep him! The question is can I just let him go? After watching a few videos about pet opossums I was starting to think maybe a pet opossum would be fun. I would love it, feed it, and call it pretty names. I would also have to clean up its poop. NOPE! I’m out.
