I have made it back from the snowy mountain, and I was able to complete the Tough Mudder event. 10 miles and 19 obstacles made up of sticky mud, 14 foot walls, electrocution, and jumping into ice water (lots and lots of ice water). It took my team 5 hours to complete the course and I have never been so proud. The best part by far was the people. Everyone was cheering everyone on, helping strangers through some of the most mentally and physically grueling obstacles and doing so with a huge smile on their faces. I now know what it means to be in the Tough Mudder Family. A special thanks to those great guys who threw me over both of the 14 foot walls. I don’t know who you are, but I love you for it.
