Sometimes I really disappoint myself. I feel ridiculous. Early this morning, while it was still dark outside, I heard a noise on the back deck that I was sure was an unwanted critter invading. I quietly walked to the back door and prepared to catch the critter by surprise. I needed to be quick, so I hadn’t really thought the whole plan through, I just did what came naturally to me. I threw open the door, turned on the light, and screamed…….BOOGIE BOOGIE!! What the heck? Boogie boogie? That’s what I came up with? For the love of all that is good why on Earth did I have to say boogie boogie? Any trace of coolness that I might possibly still be holding onto was gone in a flash. Me in my blue robe screaming boogie boogie sealed my fate to be that crazy lady on the street.
