I have no idea what I am going to make for dinner. My hubby is the assistant coach for my youngest basset’s football team, so it is on me to prepare dinner. A task that I have avoided for years. I would cook once in a while, but not often enough to put a mental strain on me, and it was always chicken. Yes I love my chickens, and I know they are wonderful little creatures, but they are also tasty and easy to cook. I don’t cook my own girls! The ones I have cooked were all jerks when they were alive, so it’s okay. I can only cook chicken so many times though. I think I am going to actually use some of those cookbooks that I have downloaded. I have a ton. Good stuff in there. OH MY GOSH! This dinner thing is going to haunt me all day if I don’t figure this out. It’s times like these that I wish they would get going on that Jetsons robot maid, Rosie. She cooked diner, right? Where are they on that?
