I mentioned the other day a Twilight episode, that I had seen many years ago, about the Minute Men who build each minute we live in from scratch. The episode tells about how we don’t know they exist, but they are the reason we are certain we put our keys on the table, but now its on the dresser. It’s the Minute Men’s fault. Anywho… I hadn’t watched an episode of the Twilight Zone in years and this morning, not quite ready to get out of bed, I turned on the TV, and the guess what was on. Twilight Zone! I watched a few episodes, and I just couldn’t get over how weird they are. I remember them being a bit off, but EVERYTHING about the show is off. The acting, the script, and especially the story. I remember that I could never walk away from those shows without the strangest feeling. A creepy feeling you had to get off your body and out of your mind. It was a feeling that you had to shake off by going outside and seeing the real world. If you didn’t you could get sucked into the Twilight Zone yourself. Not a place you want to be. It’s very easy to look at the shows and criticize how bad the acting was, how simple it looked, and how much better shows are today. But are they really? What the heck it about that show that makes you feel the Twilight Zone is coming for you and you better watch out?
