FINALLY! The sun came out yesterday on the campground and my spirits were lifting a bit. We all took a nice little walk around to stretch our legs and give the pups a bit of fresh air. The upside to this pandemic is we can still go outside and get fresh air. Unlike the last disaster we had around here when you had to stay indoors because of all the smoke from the fires. A lot of us in this area are getting used to these major events that turn our lives into a bit of chaos. Last October they were evacuating all of us, and now they are telling us to stay home. MAKE UP YOUR MIND! So anyway. With the sun out our spirits were lifted. Then they came…. PEOPLE….WITH KIDS! The park came alive with people setting up their trailers, kids playing in the park and on the bouncy pillow, and dogs were barking. We celebrated with a walk to the camp store for ice cream. It feels good again.
