I have always loved shop dogs. Those cute dogs that hangout with their owners in the garage or workshop and keep them company, as well as bring a little peace and happiness to the space. So naturally I have both Junebug and Casper in the garage with me when I am making things. I put a fence across the garage opening so they will be safe from running off into the street,and also so we can have the garage door open to let in the fresh air. It sounds nice, right??? CHAOS!! Those two pups are absolutely crazy. They spend the whole time running in circles chasing each other, sliding all over the place on the slippery sawdust coated floor, and they bark at EVERY person, dog, or leaf that walks by. INSANITY!! Is it weird that I love it?? You just can’t feel alone when you have two crazy little creatures enjoying life. I spend way too much time laughing at them. They are like rabid little squirrels fighting over a nut. Certainly no peace, but good entertainment.
