I learned the fun way that shopping with my partner in crime for plants is VERY dangerous. With our hubbies chatting away under the shade of a tree, my partner in crime and I checked out all the cute little plants at a nursery that I had never been to before. It is only open on Sunday’s, and sells only succulents. They also have beer and wine if you want any. The owner wasn’t selling it, she just so happened to have some in the potting shed. The owner’s hubby was greeting people with homemade sausage and cheese. I think I love him. I don’t know his name, but I love him. We were there for maybe an hour, and in that hour I had a blast discovering new plants, popping them in my cart like I hadn’t a care in the world. It wasn’t until I got home with all my goodies that I realized the problem. It’s all fun and games buying up a bunch of plants, but when you get home you have to plant them all. YIKES!
