I fully expected to be sore as heck this morning. My ego got the best of me during a kayak race with my  youngest baby basset. I gave it everything I had and won. I thought for sure I would be paying the price this morning, but I feel just fine. The bad news is this means that exercise works and I should keep it up. I have searched all my adult life for the magic pill that would make me thin and healthy. Turns out the secret is healthy diet and exercise. NOOOOOO!!!!!! This is terrible news of course. I haven’t been all that healthy here while camping, but when I get home, it’s back in the gym for me. Grrrrrr.
